By accessing or using FundSignal OS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including brokers, funders, lenders, ISOs, and funding professionals.
FundSignal OS is an AI-powered revenue intelligence and execution platform for commercial funding companies. The Platform analyzes pipeline activity, applications, merchants, funding history, communications, documents, approvals, offers, renewals, and business signals to identify revenue opportunities and recommend actions. Jupiter AI powers the intelligence capabilities of the Platform.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. One account per organization is permitted.
You agree to: (a) Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws; (b) Not attempt to access data that does not belong to your organization; (c) Not reverse engineer, copy, or modify the Platform; (d) Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (e) Not interfere with the operation of the Platform.
FundSignal uses artificial intelligence (Jupiter AI) to provide revenue intelligence. Jupiter makes recommendations based on available data — all decisions and actions taken based on these recommendations are your responsibility. We continuously improve Jupiter but do not guarantee that every recommendation will result in revenue. Match confidence scores reflect data alignment, not approval guarantees.
You retain all ownership rights to the business data you input into the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services. We will not use your data to train AI models for other customers.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
FundSignal OS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: (a) Lost revenue opportunities based on AI recommendations; (b) Data inaccuracies from connected sources; (c) Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account; (d) Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request earlier deletion. You may terminate your account at any time.
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please review the Privacy Policy for information about how we handle your data.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brooklyn, New York.
